The magnificent Villa Tolomei Hotel & Resort***** will open its gates at 7.30 PM , ready to welcome you in its rooms full of charm and history.

Start of the Gala dinner, with table service, in a romantic candlelit atmosphere

11.30 pm NYE PARTY START

00.00 till morning

Midnight toast (INCLUDED IN THE PRICE) and beginning of New Year’s Eve party 2023 in the majestic Music Hall. Dj will alternate live music, including evergreen repertoire and the greatest hits of the moment.

 The bar service will be active for the duration of the event.

 

THE MENU

The menu will be curated by a team of excellent chefs who will offer culinary specialties and creative compositions with an eight-course menu accompanied by wines and bubbles from selected cellars.

– Canapé with butter, salmon and caviar

– Crouton on tuna mousse, anchovy and caper powder

APPETIZER

– Warm salad of prawns, squid, octopus, fennel and radishes

– Fish Lasagna, Pecorino Romano and mint with brunoise of vegetables

– Cuttlefish ink savoury crepes with langoustines, nettles ricotta cheese and bisque

SECOND COURSE

– Amberjack on a bed of celeriac puree with fried artichokes and raspberries

DESSERTS

– Hazelnut and dark chocolate Pizzo truffle with a heart of chocolate icing and berry coulis
– Selection of mini pastries, Panettone, Pandoro, White chocolate, Dark chocolate
