The magnificent  Hotel Bernini Palace***** will open its gates at 7.30 PM , ready to welcome you in its rooms full of charm and history.

Start of the Gala dinner, with table service, in a romantic candlelit atmosphere

11.30 pm NYE PARTY START

Midnight toast (INCLUDED IN THE PRICE) and beginning of New Year’s Eve party 2020 in the majestic Music Hall. Dj will alternate live music, including evergreen repertoire and the greatest hits of the moment.

 The bar service will be active for the duration of the event.

At any time after midnight, you can leave the Hotel, take advantage of its strategic location for visiting the historic center of Florence and attend events to be held in the principal squares … then return to the party!

 

THE MENU

The menu will be curated by a team of excellent chefs who will offer culinary specialties and creative compositions with an eight-course menu accompanied by wines and bubbles from selected cellars.

Scampi

with lime, green apple jelly and wasabi sauce

Foie gras

with black truffle pudding

 Burrata

(cheese with a kneaded paste and a milk and buttery flavour) with mussels steamed with chervil and camone tomato prepared in cooking oil technique

Beef tartare

served with lightly smoked tuna with pears coffee and mango

First course

Bitter cocoa ravioli filled with sweet potato and sage served on yellow pumpkin puree,with saffron and red prawns 

Vialone nano risotto with Franciacorta,blueberry, pomegranate and chopped  duck with ginger

Second courses 

Scottish salmon in sweet citrus cooking celeriac cake, baby spinach, avocado sauce and Elba capers

Basil and fennel sorbet

  Veal Tournedosparmantier cream ( potatoes ) with pink pepper,

light porcini mushroom sauce, black truffle and foie gras

Dessert 

Grand Cru of Madagascar cocoa served

with star anise cream, lemon curd, licorice and cremino with pistachio di Bronte
